Kookbook is a surf-logging and forecast tool. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes unless you have a separate agreement with us. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account.

You retain ownership of the surf logs, spot data, photos, and other content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Kookbook the limited right to store, display, and process it in order to operate the service and provide features such as crew sharing and forecasting.

Do not use Kookbook to harass others, upload illegal content, scrape data, interfere with the service, or violate applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal periods are shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time through your payment provider or by deleting your account.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile. Account deletion will also cancel any active subscription and remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Kookbook provides surf forecasts and condition insights for informational purposes only. Surfing involves risk, and you are solely responsible for your safety and decisions in the water. Kookbook is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
